The Hammered Leaves or Schlagmetal are produced through an hammering process. This means, that small segments of a metal foil (size 5 cm x 5 cm, thickness 0.008 mm) are hammered by special machines.  Gradually and very precisely the segments of foil increases from a size of 5cm x 5cm to 16cm x 16cm. or more. The thickness of the finished leaves are less than 1 micron. After the hammering process the final step is the selection of the good leaves for the final packaging in box: 10,000 leaves/box or 5,000 leaves/box. The book has 25 leaves - 20 books one small pack.

   The size cm. 18x18 is available on request. Also the material is available in books of 25 leaves
